I would perform a CT. The Subtalar may be injured or no. The mechanism is a motorcycle inj?
I would consider triple arthrodesis. I would also operate on calcaneocuboid-after soft tissue repair. How the navicular looks? Is it flattened laterally.
The dislocation is rotational injury. Additional injuries, diseases, smoking, alcohol?
Goodluck, this case is difficult.
