I’ve sent patient to doctor who has superior experience of hip arthroscopy. If head’s “working surface” will be found we’ll think about hip reconstruction. I’ll keep you informed, thanks for your concerns of this case and to all who replied

Thanks a lot for your feedback !!!
I was just wondering if my vision of the problem was correct and if you refered the child for hip scope it means we were looking at the same direction:-))
